I am the Lord, and what I decree and declare comes to pass. I have appointed, and anointed a Cyrus for this time. It is a fulfillment of what I have spoken over this nation of America.

I am not lax in bringing My word to pass. I am the one who sets the course for the nations. I laugh at the efforts of the enemy, and man as they try to change the destiny that I have spoken over them. They strive to destroy the plans and purposes for My Church, and creation, but they labor in vain. It is I who will see to it that My Church comes into a beautiful maturity that will change nations. I am putting on her a spirit of love, and unity that will bring many into My Kingdom.

My children, be at peace for I have not given you a spirit of fear. I am breathing new life over the dry bones of nations. My Church will be a major player in this. My truth will go out, and they will know that I am God. I am a Heavenly Father whose heart is for the ultimate good of My creation.

Do not be dismayed or in fear for I am bigger than your circumstances or situations whether they be individual or corporate. I am going to do what I intend to do, and nothing will stop Me for I am the Lord. Be at peace, and know that your Heavenly Father is in control of the destiny that I have spoken over nations, and individuals. There is no higher authority, because I say what I mean, and I mean what I say.
